Looking for something totally different,lots of fun, & a gamut of great flavor? We laughed too when we first made our Fromage`a Trois Torta with pesto, pine nuts, & sun-dried tomatoes, but everyone loves this "fresh cheese with stuff in it". Here, it's combined with our latest addition to the Fromage`a Trois line, the Bourbon-Chocolate torta. The tart saltiness of the cheese & the sweetish edge of the chocolate, bourbon, bourbon-soaked raisins, & toasted pecans are quite wonderful. Despite its initials (F. A. T) both versions are sinfully lower in fat & cholesterol than if made with cream cheeses. Try them paired with a Sin Zin from Alexander Valley-it goes with both--& by all means, have fun!
