By the end of the summer farm market season we have several customers who every week must have "the whole thing." This is a selection of our most favored customer choices. It easily serves 12. What could be better than a beautiful O'Banon in both taste an appearance? A delicate, but earthy Wabash Cannonball and incredibly textured Piper's Pyramide or Sofia? Add the deep flavors of the aged Old Kentucky, Mont St. Francis and Julianna, this is a true reflection of the range of our cheeses.  All that's needed is a moscato or passito. It doesn't get better than this!
