Several years ago for Valentine's day we produced a special gift assortment of hearts--6 oz. lactic chevres, fresh and creamy. The ripened hearts are dusted with a light, white mold rind and wrapped in paper, while the bourbon-chocolate hearts are the same ingredients as the torta and are vacumn packaged. Of all these little coeur la creme shaped cheeses, the ones topped with red peppercorns are the most beautiful and are also vacumn packaged. Try any or all. They're guaranteed to warm the heart. |
