Fromage a Trois
While it is certainly not for the purist, the Fromage`a Trois Italian Torta is definitely a market favorite, especially if you're looking for a quick, easy, and delicious appetizer.   Layered with fresh goat cheese, basil pesto, sun dried tomatoes, and pine nuts, the torta has both taste and eye appeal, sliced as is, or drizzled with olive oil and served with olives or a red bell pepper couli. 

Our newest addition to the Fromage`a Trois family is Caliente!  The sundried tomato layer is complimented by cilantro pesto and spiced with our own selection of chilis.

 The Fromage`a Trois Bourbon Chocolate Torta is as perfect a finish as the Italianand Caliente tortas are a beginning.  Fresh goat cheese with melted Callebaut chocolate, toasted pecans,and raisins soaked in Woodford Reserve Bourbon (plus liberal doses of extra spirits)!  The result is a not-too-sweet and not-too-heavy but definitely alcoholic dessert which pairs beautifully with nut breads, dried fruits, and fortified wines or bourbon.  We admit that the tortas are thoroughly trashy,  but  think they are also proof that trashy can be a good thing!  Vacumned for freshness.
